Creeking in the north of Italy , river Noce Bianco

I had much luck this time to find a group of the best kayakers in the Italian scene for run this river in the north of Italy , in Val di Sole .
Michele Ramazza says the river is in high level today and we are going to watch, in the put in we decided to run .

The boarding the easyst classic and is near the restaurant “the Flour mill”; from Fucine in Cogolo direction to sx to the crossroad for Comasine. Total length until the confluence with Vermigliana km 3,2. The torrent does not give breath, sight the slope and the little width that characterizes it, beyond to the fact that the easy zones of dead woman to stop itself are truly little. To signal the fast one “of massoni” (the 1 km approximately after the boarding) that ATTENTION immediately precedes the only impraticabile feature of the Walnut White man (!!!) and he marks it inequivocabilmente to us that disembarkation zone is better to try possible one before, not just easy.

warning
Filippo , Stefano Cipressi and Michele Ramazza
Stefano Cipressi, supposed in the easy part class IV+ this river begins super fast and deep without no possibility of stopping
Michele Ramazza , no stop
Filippo without much possibility of scouting the river

report Pirineos 2007 by Miguel Ruiz

Sort is a little town located at 250 kms from Barcelona in the Catalan Pyrenees in spring season there are a lot of rivers around and there are always local kayakers ready to fire it up.

Also local companies organize nice events to keep crazy kayakers quiet and happy, like the jumping kayak in Barcelona organized by roc-roi.
This year was great , we did not expect we could have had much water, but we were so lucky and mother nature provided us with some strong storms loading all river with water and mountains full of snow, so we had a few weeks with awesome flows.
In Pyrenees u always can have great days of kayaking, but you have to be there waiting for it, and if you are lucky you will get it.
The season in the Spanish and French Pyrenees is gone, time to leave this amazing place and people, we hope some motivated person rebuilt the play spot, to let the children play and learn new tricks like the last year.
